Fees & Charges

My typical fee for individuals is £45 for a 50 minute session; for couples/ relationship constellations my fee £65 for a 75 minute session. I can also work with you through telephone and Skype sessions
I do have some limited number of session times available at a lower cost, for people who are not able to pay the full price.
These are on a sliding scale and the actual price would be negotiated between us before beginning work

About me

I am an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist based in Norwich. I work with individuals and couples/ relationships experiencing a wide range of psychological issues.  I have particular experience in working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, intimacy issues and interpersonal relationship issues.  I have worked supportively and positively with many clients to help them explore unresolved issues relating to sexuality and self-identity, including coming out later in life, as well as gender dysphoria issues and the transitioning process.  I am a Pink Therapy accredited sexual diversity therapist. 

 

I offer a supportive and and affirming framework to help you address the issues which are troubling you, with the aim of challenging and changing deep seated problems which are affecting the quality of your day-to-day life.

Specific experience and training:

I have extensive experience of working with gender and sexual diversity clients, and am a Pink Therapy accredited sexual diversity therapist.  I have worked with gay, lesbian, bi and trans clients exploring a wide range of concerns and issues.  In support of this I have undertaken extensive specialist training with Pink Therapy, and hold their diploma in relationship therapy with gender and sexual diversity.
