My name is Carolyn Lee. I’m an executive coach with experience and skill in coaching people around issues of equality, diversity and inclusion, purpose, culture and leadership. I’m also a counsellor and psychotherapist.   I’ve worked with people on managing workplace stress, sorting out who they are, exploring coming out at work, and managing frustration and disconnect with who they are and what they do. I work particularly on purpose, culture and aligning the two.  I offer coaching face to face, online via Zoom or WhatsApp, and by phone.
