I’m a board-certified music therapist who believes in the use of the creative process to help people heal and grow. My approach is grounded in understanding how our past, especially family dynamics and childhood experiences, shapes our present beliefs, behaviors, and relationships. I aim to help you explore those patterns, process unresolved emotions, and find new ways to move forward with clarity and confidence. I work with people online and in person, and I regularly host free community music groups around Berlin.
I’m a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Internal Family Systems and EMDR practitioner. I offer support for low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, shame, and psychosexual difficulties. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or want to explore things more openly, I work collaboratively with you to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
Welcome, I’m Joy (she/they). I’m a qualified psychotherapist working with individuals and couples online. With particular experience in LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergence & the Performing Arts, I offer a compassionate, sincere and confidential space for individuals and couples to work through their experiences. My practice is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, which means I am comfortable working with trauma-based and neurodiverse frameworks. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self esteem, attachment, bereavement, dissociation and stress. Mostly, though, I am interested in you, and supporting you with the courageous decision to get to know yourself better.
Across 9 years of psychodynamic counselling practice, I have come to an approach that is informed by my concurrent practice as an artist-gardener: co-creation, nurturing, growth and transformation are fused in our work together, cultivating the discovery of where and how you can live in yourself and in the world. The work of therapy resides in a space that we inhabit together, a space where meaning can be made or found. It is a place in the clearing. Here, lives and held views can be encouraged to be found, to be heard, and to potentially transform.
I’ve spent more than a decade supporting people through traumatic and difficult times, including five years focused on LGBTQ+ mental health and wellbeing. For many years I managed a national LGBTQ+ listening service, specialising in supporting people affected by domestic abuse, sexual abuse, suicidal feelings, and conversion therapy.
I’m Julia Fry (she/her), and I offer counselling and psychotherapy for adults online via Zoom. I work in a warm, open, and neurodivergent-affirming way — helping people process life experiences, manage overwhelm, and move towards authentic self-acceptance. What You Can Expect in Our Work Together Many of my clients start therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or like they’re constantly masking to fit in. You might feel stuck between who you are and who you feel you’re “supposed” to be. Maybe you’ve internalized negative messages from others — about how you think, feel, or communicate. Together, we’ll gently explore all parts of
Perhaps you are navigating a troubling time, that comes with difficult and unwelcome feelings such as anxiety, heartbreak, loneliness. Maybe a relationship is ending; you are in the shock of bereavement, a quarter or mid-life threshold, going through the menopause, experiencing loneliness. Maybe you want to explore your identity and who you really are and this might feel risky. Or maybe you feel overwhelmed by the array of identities, and your own unknowing. Maybe you yearn for change, but it eludes you.
I am Kael, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and founder of Storms Edge Therapy in central London. I have been working online since 2016 and specialise in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients whose lives intersect with experiences often described as “personality disorders”. My focus is on understanding the underlying emotional wounds, relational patterns and resilience that shape a person’s inner world, rather than pathologising identity. I bring long-standing experience in GSRD communities and in holding complexity with care, nuance and respect.
