I’m a psycho-spiritual counsellor based in Glastonbury, Somerset. Grounded in a person-centred approach, I honour you as the expert. Our sessions are integrative and unique; combining embodied wisdom and deep compassion. As a neurospicy and gender non-conforming practitioner, I celebrate diversity in all forms.

Hi, I’m Francesca. I’m a psychodynamic therapist, which means our work together explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping present stuckness or distress. I work relationally and in a trauma-informed way, affirming of neurodivergence as well as all gender identities and sexual orientations. I’m also knowledgeable about non-monogamous relationship styles and kink practices. Often, we experience conflict between our inner lives and the outside world. Untangling the way those complex, messy strands intertwine, and moving towards a more authentic, connected, and secure life can be hard. However you arrive, I will meet you with warmth, openness, and

You can see it while it’s happening. The sentence you didn’t mean to say. The way you’ve already adjusted before anything was asked of you. The analysis that starts before the feeling has finished. The clarity is real. It just isn’t where it’s actually happening. This work goes to where the understanding hasn’t reached – not by adding another layer of analysis, but through a different kind of contact with what’s underneath it. Individual and couples work, online.

I am a psychodynamic therapist based in London and Brighton. My practice is rooted in curiosity about how early experiences, culture and relationships shape the way you see yourself and others today. I have a particular interest in working with people who feel out of place, caught between cultures, or marginalised in their families, communities or wider society. Together, we can explore ways to greater self-understanding and more fulfilling connections with others.

Perhaps you’re considering therapy because you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck in patterns that don’t quite make sense. You might be just about holding things together, or finding it hard to function at all. I’m glad you’re thinking about getting some support. It’s common to arrive at therapy unsure of where to begin and part of my role is to help you find a starting point without pressure or judgement. I work with adults, including LGBTQ+ clients, helping to explore difficulties and deepen self-understanding. I offer a thoughtful, affirming space informed by additional training in gender, sexuality and relationship diversity
