I offer support for emotions and relational issues that may be presenting at this time, or within past relations. I work with and understand the difficulties in sharing emotions and vulnerabilities, with shame and minority stress which may present with LGBTQ+ folk. Perhaps there are feelings of not fitting in, anxieties and depression may feel a normality and a wanting to change. We can walk together through your feelings and emotions to find who you are and where you want to be.
