I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, overthinking, and relationship or intimacy difficulties. I welcome queer, gay, neurodivergent and gender-diverse clients, and those exploring sexuality, identity, non-monogamy, boundaries and communication. I also have particular sensitivity to shame, stigma and power, including experience supporting current and former sex workers. Together we explore unconscious patterns, attachment and early experiences so you can feel more grounded, confident and connected to yourself and others.
