One-to-One and Relationship Counselling There are times when life can seem overwhelming and difficult to cope with. At these moments we all need support and counselling can give you the time and space to explore difficult issues and find new ways of being. Counselling offers a chance to express how you feel, share safely, and be supported in taking  risks. You may want to explore a specific event or ongoing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma or your relationship. So whether you come on your own or as a couple, counselling can give you the  space to understand more about yourself,

Coming to therapy can be a daunting enough experience, without having parts of our identity stigmatized, infantilized, and misunderstood. I aim to create an understanding and warm environment where you can show all the parts of yourself free from judgement or having to explain basic terminology. I bring compassion and humour to the therapy space, and hope to build a collaborative and nourishing relationship with you, centering your unique experiences and perspective on the world.

Hey, I’m Addam, a queer counsellor and psychotherapist working in Bristol and Bath. I also offer online and outdoor therapy sessions if you would prefer either of these. Hi, my name’s Aubrey and I am a gender-queer, neuro-queer, pan-sexual psychotherapist offering Internal Family Systems therapy and Core Process Psychotherapy.

I am a registered HCPC & SPID dramatherapist and BADth clinical supervisor. I work across the UK and Italy with marginalised communities. I offer individual and group therapy, supervision, and consultancy. I describe myself as a citizen of the world, learning how to walk gently on Earth. My work weaves together queer culture and creativity, eco response-ability, and a soulful perspective. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, working the land, meditating, and expressing myself through creative languages.

I am excited to work with anyone who is curious about themselves and the world. I enjoy facilitating self-understanding and compassion. It is important to me that the environment of our work holds a safe space for people to bring all that they are. I am interested in working with all sorts of clients of any age or background, with a particular interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community.  My space is also safe for people who wish to discuss their issues with body image in a space where they will benefit from a body neutral approach.
