Hi, I’m Sophie 👋 I’m a queer, neurodiverse counsellor working in Bristol (Bedminster & Montpelier) offering flexible therapy sessions for adults dealing with stress, anxiety, life transitions, or feeling stuck. My approach is human, practical, and tailored to you—because therapy should fit your life, not the other way around.

Asking yourself how you can make your life more meaningful, in spite of whatever issue you may be struggling with? Psychotherapy can help you make sense of it and move forward. I am a UKCP registered Existential Psychotherapist, and I specialise in working with issues surrounding gender, sexuality and identity, and the specific needs of the LGBTQIA+/ GSRD community. Get in touch if you would like to organise an introductory session.

Hello! I’m Claire. I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor providing safe and supportive online counselling sessions. I work with a wide range of people but I specialise in working with individuals from the LGBTQ+ and GSRD community, those who are neurodivergent (or think they might be) as well as Millennials and Gen Z-ers.

Updated July 2026 – I have one space available for someone who wishes to understand their sex, sexuality, desires and intimate relationships better and to break free from the stuck ways of relating that have been holding them back. consider it a sign of enormous bravery that you’re thinking about therapy and showing up differently in the world. Some of the things that people come to see me most frequently about include sex, kinks and non-monogamy, their relationships to their bodies, to themselves and to other people. I also work a lot with emotional distress, traumatic experiences and shame. See

I’m Vivienne, a Bristol based therapist who also works online. I have a friendly, gentle and conscientious approach. I understand that it can be difficult to speak about very personal thoughts and feelings and I create a space that feels safe to do this. To me, it’s important to have this kind of safety to help us work through what might be going on for you.    As a queer woman with a mixed heritage background, I work in a way that looks at how the different identities you might hold can impact you.

One-to-One and Relationship Counselling There are times when life can seem overwhelming and difficult to cope with. At these moments we all need support and counselling can give you the time and space to explore difficult issues and find new ways of being. Counselling offers a chance to express how you feel, share safely, and be supported in taking  risks. You may want to explore a specific event or ongoing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma or your relationship. So whether you come on your own or as a couple, counselling can give you the  space to understand more about yourself,

Coming to therapy can be a daunting enough experience, without having parts of our identity stigmatized, infantilized, and misunderstood. I aim to create an understanding and warm environment where you can show all the parts of yourself free from judgement or having to explain basic terminology. I bring compassion and humour to the therapy space, and hope to build a collaborative and nourishing relationship with you, centering your unique experiences and perspective on the world.

Hey, I’m Addam, a queer counsellor and psychotherapist working in Bristol and Bath. I also offer online and outdoor therapy sessions if you would prefer either of these. Whatever your reasons for seeking out counselling, I’m here to listen, aim to understand and to work collaboratively with you to create a space where you can process and explore what you need to at your own pace. I work in Bath on Mondays, in Bristol Tuesday – Thursday, and online through the week. Get in touch if you have any questions or want to arrange a free, introductory call.
