My name is Drew (they/he), and I am a queer, neurodivergent dramatherapist. I have a particular passion for supporting queer and neurodivergent individuals, and I aim to bring a somatic, nature-based approach to my work, celebrating the innate wisdom of the body. Since training at Roehampton University, I have advocated for queer and gender diverse individuals within institutions, often providing education for staff and colleagues. These encounters have sparked my dedication to crafting more spaces for queer voices and experiences. I am an associate at Dynamic Change Consultants, a foremost London psychology practice, where I see clients privately. I also work at a large and renowned NHS Trust as a lead clinical psychologist in corporate wellbeing services. I specialise in staff wellbeing, organisational strategy and racial equity.

My experience has shown me that when we develop greater self-awareness, and work to accept and appreciate ourselves, we are more likely to feel empowered to make decisions that feel right to us.

I am interested in the deeper patterns that shape our emotional lives and relationships, and in how questions of identity, belonging, and personal history influence the ways we experience ourselves and others. I’m experienced in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness or sex and relationship difficulties. I’m a lead psychologist for NHS services and have a background in specialist services for sexual health. I understand how looking for a therapist can be daunting, possibly quite overwhelming. I therefore offer a free initial telephone consultation of 15-20 minutes. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what you’re struggling with and how I could help before deciding whether to book further sessions. I’m currently accepting new clients for online therapy on weekday evenings.
