About the therapist:

I'm Frankie, an AuDHD therapist who aims to make therapy financially accessible for those in our community who may otherwise struggle to find therapeutic wellbeing support adapted to their needs. I have lived experiences of not only my own neurodivergence but also knowledge of the processes of seeking or following a diagnosis. I identify as queer, am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and endeavour to continue my own development to ensure inclusivity in not only the therapy room, but through event management in my local community.

Experience and approach:

I work integratively. This means I adapt sessions based on what we explore together and what I learn from you and your needs in an individual way. I am based on a farm in Porthtowan near Redruth in my own private space. This means there is flexibility to work in various ways, including traditional talk therapy such as person-centred and CBT, but I may also incorporate creativity through art, music and movement in our sessions. Due to the quiet and private location, you may prefer walk and talk therapy, in which case we can talk whilst we explore the rural landscape.
