My approach is pluralistic where we work together to find what helps you. Depending on your needs, this might include reflective exploration, creative tools, structure, or ritual. I’ve supported clients with identity development, moral injury, burnout, trauma, and navigating life after systems or relationships that caused harm. I believe therapy should meet you where you are, not demand you perform wellness.
