I can help with a wide range of problems and offer highly effective therapy - many of my clients experience positive changes within 6 sessions, though I am happy to work on a longer term basis when required and appropriate.

I am a person centred counsellor which means I offer a space to explore your life, yourself, your relationships, and work to build a strong therapeutic rapport/alliance with you which paves the way to helping you find your own solutions, ways forward, and answers to your questions. I am experienced in working with many of the general areas of counselling such as stress and anxiety, depression, loss and self confidence issues, but also in working through the more gritty existential questions that may challenge people at a deep level. I have worked for many years supporting people in the Queer community and offer both individual counselling and relationship counselling for people in queer or other diverse styles of relationships.
