Luke Row
About the Therapist
Iām Luke, a psychodynamic therapist working with adults both in-person from Croydon and online across the UK. Iām especially interested in the quieter, often unspoken parts of life ā the ways we protect ourselves, the roles we take on, and the feelings that sit beneath the surface.
My practice is particularly suited to people who feel emotionally stuck or disconnected ā men whoāve learned to keep things in, people who feel they have to cope alone, or those who sense that old patterns are repeating but arenāt sure why. I work affirmatively with clients across the gender, sexuality and relationship diversity spectrum, offering a space where you donāt have to filter or explain yourself.

Iām a qualified psychodynamic counsellor, currently undertaking advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. My approach is grounded in depth ā paying close attention to early relationships, unconscious patterns, and how the past shows up in the present.
Therapy with me isnāt about quick fixes or advice. Itās a space to get curious about whatās happening beneath the surface, at your own pace. Iām particularly attuned to complex emotional experiences like shame, anger, vulnerability and need ā the parts of ourselves we often learn to hide. Together, we can begin to make sense of whatās felt but not yet fully understood.
