I will challenge you! I work in a way with people where you will always have empathy, care and non judgment but I also feel confident to be able to challenge my clients, to see parts of yourself perhaps you haven't before.

Experience and approach:

I have been working with vulnerable adults for many years with complex needs including addiction issues, homelessness and complex mental health issues such as OCD.

My approach is to get to know you as a person and encourage a collaborative relationship, where you are welcome to bring anything you like - no subject is off limits!

I train and teach others about working in a trauma informed way meaning I understand the impact of trauma and work to support people who have experienced things such as childhood sexual abuse.

I was a volunteer for Metro an LGBTQ+ organization in London. I now work with Westmeria counselling service in Bromley.
