FREE First Session and its Rationale:
Finding the right therapist is a challenge at the best of times. I believe that free consultations are ethically a good practice because they are a great way to let potential clients meet me and determine if we are a good fit.
By offering a free session, I show potential clients who I am and how I work. I believe that by removing the financial obstacle I increase the accessibility and we can both assess whether there is a match without feeling resentment or obligation.
Subsequent Sessions:
Individuals: £80 Couples: £90 Supervision: £70
