I have over 15 years experience as a relationship and individual counsellor, working in a range of settings. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of models and theories, which means I can always work in a way that you find most comfortable/ useful. As a humanistic counsellor my focus is always on what you want to bring to the sessions and working with you as the true expert in your life - even when it doesn't feel like that. I work affirmatively so will approach your life and experience positively and believe counselling should be seen from a social justice perspective. I work to understand and center different cultural experiences and try to recognise my privilege as a white male therapist.
