London Bridge Counselling. Teodoro Fragoso Therapy
About the Therapist
I have specific training and proven expertise in working with Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem, Confidence, Focusing issues (including ADHD), Sexuality, Intimacy and Relationships. Furthermore, I am a Prostate Cancer Survivor myself, and I will offer you empathetic support on this matter.
As a therapist, I aim to help you better understand yourself through collaborative thinking. I will help you to identify the root of your struggles, prompting you to seek help and eventually find an alternative path to deal with them.Â
Sharing your thoughts and feelings with another person can be very challenging. I offer a safe, reflective and confidential space with this in mind, with respect for all of your experiences.
I offer my support to help you navigate mental health challenges, emotional difficulties, and interpersonal relationships in a non-judgmental space.Â
I will focus our work on building awareness to understand who you are. You are all the result of your life experiences; identifying the connections between the past and the present will help you find new ways of looking at things and promote change through acceptance.
I firmly believe in mind and body connection and how trauma can affect our self-esteem and the ability to manage relationships and intimacy. Â
I invite you to contact me if you have any questions. We can arrange a brief, informal discussion about your situation and explore the possibility of starting therapeutic work.
