About the Therapist
I combine several therapeutic theories & techniques to offer a bespoke service tailoring my approach to you & your needs. I have extensive therapeutic experience, having provided over 5000Â hours of clinical Counselling and Psychotherapy to adult clients. I have a MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy Practice, a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and teach Counselling to trainees. I am also a supervisor offering clinical supervision to fellow therapists.
Much of my work supports clients with depression, anxiety, relationships, identity and self-esteem. Additionally, I specialise in working with LGBTQIA+ communities, as a gay man myself this is an area I am passionate about and have researched thoroughly during and after my masters. I have been working in private practice since 2018 and am passionate about supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing.
I won't be the expert of your life or tell you what to do, however I do aim to be a map reader, a guide, to help support the development of your own expertise so you feel more able to make your own decisions in life.

When you get in touch, we can have a conversation to find out what support you may be looking for and for you to get a feel for if I am the right therapist for you. We can then arrange an initial session / assessment.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are on a weekly basis at the same time on the same day. I am currently unable to offer fortnightly sessions due to availability.
Sessions are priced at £70.00
