I adopt an integrative therapeutic framework. An integrative approach explores the various therapy methods that can address the individual needs of the client. I also use drama therapy methods such as storytelling and movement. My approach is solution-focused, empowering, and person-centred.
I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and work with adults and young people on a range of issues including addiction, depression, anxiety, and stress.
As well as working in culturally diverse environments, I am passionate about encouraging dialogue concerning mental health in African, Caribbean, and Asian communities.
