I specialise in depression and loss, managing life transitions, issues stemming from childhood, sexuality and sexual identity, and relationship intimacy. I have an extensive experience in working with and supporting the LGBTIQA+ community and their unique life challenges like coming out, internalised homophobia, self-esteem issues and other day-to-day struggles. I provide a non-judgmental and empathic environment for sharing your concerns, fears, feelings and thoughts. My goal is to help you to understand your old patterns that are causing emotional distress and to facilitate your therapeutic change.We will work together on understating your struggles and challenges; wherever they are sexual, social or psychological

My clinical experience includes working for: NHS, universities, community counselling services, a suicidal respite centre and private practice. My core training is in Psychodynamic & Psychoanalytical modality. My additional clinical training is Pluralistic. In addition to my current qualifications and clinical experience, I am also committed to ongoing professional development. In 2023, I will be pursuing advanced training in Working with Trans and Gender Diversity, which will deepen my understanding of the unique mental health needs and experiences of trans and non-binary individuals. This training will allow me to provide even more affirming and supportive care to my trans and gender diverse clients.
