My approach is Humanistic in nature, meaning I am guided by the clients I work with and focus on the here-and-now to explore patterns of thought and behaviour. I create an empathetic and non-judgmental space for us to work together, in a collaborative way, to explore your feelings, behaviours and experiences. We can explore both what is going on for you right now, and also how your early experiences might impact this. We will work on developing trust in our therapeutic relationship and use this foundation as a way to bring about therapeutic change.
I have many years of experience volunteering in the charity sector for drug and alcohol services, LGBTQ services, and services for people currently experiencing homelessness. I also work with London LGBTQ Community Centre – londonlgbtqcentre.org
