About the Therapist
I offer online therapy for adults seeking a supportive, understanding space to explore life’s challenges and rediscover a sense of balance and authenticity.
My work is grounded in warmth, empathy, and respect for each person’s unique experience. I am an openly gay and neurodivergent practitioner, and my practice is both LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming. I often work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and the ongoing effects of masking or adapting to others’ expectations.
In sessions, I integrate insights from Transactional Analysis, attachment theory, psychodynamics, object relations, and creative exploration. Together, we can look at the patterns that shape your life, unearth the parts of you that may have been silenced or hidden, and find new ways of being that feel more authentic and sustaining.
I live and work between Spain and the UK, offering therapy in English online.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, curiosity, honesty, and authenticity, I’d be glad to hear from you.

My therapeutic approach is highly individualised and tailored to the unique needs of each person I work with. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where trust can grow and meaningful change can unfold. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We explore your experiences together, at your own pace, to help you understand yourself more deeply and move towards the life you want to live.
I completed a four-year postgraduate training in Transactional Analysis from an integrative perspective, and since establishing my clinical practice in 2019, I have delivered thousands of hours of therapy to adults from diverse backgrounds. My practice draws on integrative, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches, allowing me to adapt our sessions to your individual needs and ways of making sense of the world. I also continuously engage in professional development, staying informed about the latest research, theories, and emerging approaches to ensure my work remains effective and responsive.
I am a registered practitioner adhering to the professional codes of ethics and good practice set by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am fully insured and engage in regular clinical supervision to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of my work.
