About the Therapist
One of my major professional interests is childhood trauma and how its experience is shaping survivors’ lives in adulthood in the present moment.  I am very interested in how our mind and body are connected and how one affects the other. Last but not least, I am interested in climate distress (eco-anxiety, climate grief) and how climate change impacts our mental health. A very personal subject of interest to me is neurodivergence (autism and ADHD).
