I have worked successfully with clients who identify as suffering from anxiety and depression, among other things. In addition to working with LGBTQIA+ clients I have experience with clients identifying as having a disability, chronic illness and/or neurodivergence. I have also seen clients through a substance misuse charity.
I am an Existential-humanistic therapeutic counsellor. Humanistic means I believe that, all things being equal, everyone has an inherent potential to flourish. Existential means I am aware that all things rarely are equal. Together we can identify, mitigate and perhaps even eliminate your barriers to growth.
