Dominic Davies (Clinical Sexologist)
Therapist Directory Listing Category: Sex- and sexuality-related practitioners
I've worked with men who have sex with men for the past 40 years. I'm a Fellow of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. Fellowship is a title bestowed on people who have contributed significantly to the field.
The bulk of my work nowadays is as a practice consultant to other therapists, and I run two online international Diplomas in Gender, Sex, and Relationship Therapy.  I founded Pink Therapy nearly 25 years ago and have co-edited five textbooks for therapists as well as written a number of other publications.
Personally, I identify as a queer, neurodivergent and disabled kinkster of working class origins.

I originally trained in Person-Centred Psychotherapy after a brief career in both residential social work and community and youth work training. However, my early supervisors were all experts in psychodynamic or psychoanalytical techniques, and so I became very familiar with that model.
Later, I undertook training in Energy Psychology, which I have found extremely effective at treating trauma in particular.
