About the Therapist
IÂ respond to your specific needs:

I offer individuals and couples counselling in areas of conflict resolution, relationship problems, trust issues, affairs (online and real), self-esteem, intimacy, confidence building, depression, stress, second families, and coping with decisions around separation and divorce. I also support sex-related issues, sexual identity, sexuality, relationship concerns and women's issues. Through empathetic listening and effective guidance, I help my clients gain insight into their relationship dynamics and develop practical skills to foster intimacy, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust.

My integrative holistic approach combines intuition, sensitivity, and self-awareness. It is supported by a strong understanding, training, and a dedication to ongoing lifelong learning.
I have something very distinct to offer as a counsellor with specific training in ALL of the following fields: Person-Centred, Mindfulness-Based, and with input from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), plus Art Therapy approaches. My experience and training in all of these areas help me to bring a tailor-made approach to your specific needs, with warmth and reflection in one-to-one therapy sessions.
How I workÂ
Practising Mindfulness and Meditation has informed my life for over twenty years. That, combined with my core training in Person-Centred Counselling, infuses my work as a therapist. I offer counselling and psychotherapy to those ready to work on their problems and are looking for short-term, focused sessions to explore a specific issue on an open-ended basis.
From my experience, I understand how painful it can be to lose perspective and know how important it is to have a holistic approach to healing. That's why, depending on your preferences, we may use various techniques such as guided imagery, mindfulness, art therapy, body movement, or cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). We will work together to build a strong foundation for your understanding and growth.
It’s important that we create a flexible, individual approach that meets your changing needs. I use CBT to explore thoughts and behaviours and to help you relate to your experience from a cognitive perspective. In this approach, the relationship is based on trust, non-judgment, and acceptance.
