About the Therapist
I am a transpersonal therapist (MA, MBACP) focusing on issues around self-worth, anxiety and topics around love, relationships and intimacy. I work within a holistic and trauma-informed context, which includes a body-mind connection. I support you in creating a lasting inner change and sense of empowerment to move beyond limiting beliefs, anxiety, and old patterns and reconnect with your unique potential and purpose.
My therapy sessions are affirming, judgment-free, and safe spaces for clients of diverse genders, sexualities, identities, relationships, lifestyles & practices.
I work with a wide range of issues and also guide people on their self-development journey towards deeper connection and a sense of purpose. One of my passions is supporting individuals and couples to build growth-focused, fulfilling relationships beyond triggers and insecure attachments. I also support people with the recovery process from abusive relationships and relational traumas. Together, we can explore how to shift relationships from triggers and fears to trust, safety and connection.
Or maybe you feel like your anxiety and doubts are holding you back from being the person you want to be? I can help you break free from the cycle of anxiety that controls your life. Together, we can learn to calm your nervous system, create a sense of safety and calm, and explore the root causes of your distress. You may also be struggling with the impact of relational traumas and childhood wounds. I can support you on your healing and re-patterning journey.
Many of my clients have been stuck in a trance of ‘not enough-ness’ and were constantly battling their inner critic. Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and low self-esteem can keep you away from living the life you really desire. I can support you to break these old patterns, find freedom from self-destructive thoughts, and move towards your dreams.
Couples Therapy
Are you looking to deepen intimacy in your relationships or navigate relationship challenges and conflicts? I specialize in supporting individuals and couples on their journey to secure, growth-focused connections and deeper intimacy.
Every relationship is shaped by our unique histories and the messages we've absorbed from childhood about love and acceptance. Our pasts can complicate our ability to build relationships rooted in vulnerability, trust, and authenticity.
Using evidence-based practices, I help you identify and shift the communication patterns and guide you to explore the underlying dynamics, beliefs, and habitual behaviours that often keep us stuck in the cycle of conflicts, hurt and disconnect. Through exploring the underlying conscious and unconscious patterns we can move beyond triggers and activation, anger, frustration, and disconnect back into secure intimacy, sexual connection and trust.
