About the Therapist
I qualified in 2023 from Goldsmiths University, with a PG Dip in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy & Counselling and I am completing my MA Dissertation this year. I pay attention to the impact of class, racialisation, disability, migration status, gender, and sexuality and engage with CPD that reflects that.

I am a psychodynamic therapist, and when I'm working with people, I try to de-mystify the process of psychotherapy. Psychodynamic work often involves looking to our earlier life experiences. I believe that by paying attention to the events and patterns of the past along with the present, we gain greater understanding of ourselves and how we relate to others. I am interested in language, and believe that our words have power and meaning. What is most important to me is to understand those I work with as unique individuals. I have specific experience working with gender diverse clients, or those who are questioning their gender or sexuality. I am experienced with non-monogamy, and the dynamics that often arise around these non-normative relationship approaches. I am experienced with working with SWs, particularly with FSSW and additionally work in Spectra London's SW Support Counselling service.
