About the Therapist
I am a client led therapist, in other words, you will always be in charge of your therapy. As a sex-positive & kink aware counsellor, trained in GSRD, I provide a space for clients, both individuals & intimate partners, to talk openly about these subjects, & have much experience of working with clients who fall under the kink & BDSM umbrella and those who have Consensual non-monogamy relationships. I have a particular interest in how childhood trauma affect us as adults, especially during our teenage years. This interest was sparked by the personal work I have carried out to understand my own experiences as a teen and the volume of clients who were presenting with similar issues.
I work both face to face and online.

It is incredibly important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor so you are able to explore your reasons for coming to therapy, in a relaxed, safe, non-judgemental space. I believe that counselling can be a life changing experience given the correct environment & therapeutic relationship. Every client is deserving of a compassionate, non-judgemental experience in counselling & as a diversity & inclusion specialist, I feel that clients are guaranteed that their differences will be welcomed. I use a blend of techniques to enable me to work collaboratively with individuals & couples or intimate partners to produce a unique therapeutic experience
