As a Gay man and a member of the LGBTQ + community I am very aware of the sense of being different and 'not fitting in'. This, and being an adoptee and adopter have driven my natural abilities of understanding, empathy and congruence and an understanding of what it is to be different, alongside my training as a counsellor. As a former manager in communications and project management I have an ability to listen carefully, reflect, check understanding and work collaboratively. I have lived on the South Coast since 2008 both in Brighton and the surrounding areas with my husband and children.
