About the Therapist
I am a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and Psychologist. I have been a practising psychotherapist in London and 0nline since 2010, where I've had the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds, identities and walks of life.
I offer couples/relationship therapy and trauma-informed individual therapy for adults online, including support with anxiety, depression, PTSD, dissociation, narcissistic family systems, relationship difficulties, bereavement, and chronic illness. I specialise in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and working with neurodivergent clients.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I aim to offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space, where you can begin to make sense of what you’re going through and how you can move forward.
I offer online sessions in English, Spanish, or Greek (native speaker), for both short-term and long-term therapy. The usual session length is 50 minutes for individuals and 90 or 60 minutes for couples/relationship therapy. This can be changed if necessary; you are welcome to ask for more or less time and we will adjust the session and fee according to what we agree together.
