About the Therapist
I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Psychologist. I have been a practising counsellor and psychotherapist in London and 0nline since 2010, where I've had the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds, identities and walks of life.
I work with adults and couples dealing with a wide range of difficulties; individuals affected by DV, abuse, and trauma; and with our LGBTQI+ and neurodivergent communities.
I strive for my practice to be inclusive, intersectional, queer and trans affirmative, and trauma and dissociation informed.
I offer online sessions in English, Spanish, or Greek (native speaker), for both short-term and long-term therapy.Â
The usual session length is 50 minutes for individuals and 90 minutes for couples/relationship therapy. This can be changed if necessary; you are welcome to ask for more or less time and we will adjust the session and fee according to what we agree together.

Over the years, I have worked with clients dealing with a wide variety of issues, ranging from loss and bereavement to life transitions and difficulties in relationships and workplaces.Â
I specialise in working with individuals affected by abuse, domestic violence, and trauma, and with our LGBTQI+ and neurodivergent communities. I also work with same-sex and opposite-sex couples and people in poly/various relationship configurations facing relationship issues.
My approach and way of working is at its core humanistic and existential. My practice is trauma & dissociation-informed; queer and trans affirmative; and through the lens of intersectionality and critical awareness.
I aim to co-create with you a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship, in which you can feel accepted and facilitated to explore the causes of your distress. During therapy, you have the opportunity to find answers to fundamental questions: Do you know who you are? Do you understand what’s happened to you? What do you want to change?
I offer a safe and confidential space in which you can make sense of your feelings, beliefs, and aspects of yourself or your experiences that might have been hard to talk about. I can provide you with resources to support you along the way, when you feel it’s necessary. I do not seek to impose anything on you, nor can I give you advice and ready-made solutions. However, we will work together to figure out what can be the best way forward for you.Â
