About the Therapist
As a lesbian with ADHD, I bring my lived experience into my work, offering a unique understanding of the challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals. I know firsthand the difficulties of navigating neurotypical and heteronormative spaces, and I am passionate about creating a therapeutic environment that is affirming and supportive of your identity and experiences. Unfortunately, I’ve seen too many clients from these communities let down by services that should be their allies, which only strengthens my commitment to providing meaningful, tailored support.

My practice is trauma-informed, culturally aware and LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming. Allowing my clients and I to consider the societal scripts and narratives that have shaped their lives and continue to affect their mental well-being. As an integrative therapist, I can pull from different theories and modalities - enabling me to cultivate a therapeutic approach that suits my client’s unique needs and is fully client-led.
I currently work in several Counselling roles; I am a school Counsellor in 2 local Secondary schools, and I provide sessional work for Mind, alongside running my Private Practice.
No matter the size or scope of the issue—whether it’s a relationship struggle, a personal challenge, or something you’re finding hard to articulate—therapy can offer a space for healing and growth. My specialism in relationship therapy allows me to work closely with clients, offering practical tools and techniques to help you reconnect, rebuild trust, and deepen understanding within your relationships.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward enhanced well-being and more fulfilling relationships, I encourage you to reach out. Together, we can navigate the challenges you’re facing and work toward a brighter, more connected future.
