Humanistic therapy is about building a bond centred on your needs. I offer psychotherapy services to help you overcome life challenges, understand yourself better and improve your mental health.
My expertise includes working with trauma, neglect, relationships, identity, gender/sexuality challenges, and other manifestations of life crises. I know the impact of systemic oppression and provide a safe, inclusive space for navigating these issues. Embracing a deeper understanding of yourself, your community, and the world can enrich your relationships, sense of belonging, purpose, and overall well-being.
I am a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist and qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. I integrate Gestalt, TA, and Person-Centred approaches, complemented by Eastern philosophies, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, which are known for their mental health benefits. I gained experience in charity sectors, including LGBTQ+ affirmative organisations.
 
The key to effective therapy lies in the power of the connection between you and me; it is important that you find the right therapist for you. I helped people overcome anxiety, attachment injuries, and traumatic and existential experiences. I offer a short consultation online to help you get a feel for how we may work together on present-life challenges.

Psychotherapy rates range from £65 to £75 per 50-minute session and we will discuss fees in our first session.

Fees are to be paid 48 hours in advance through a bank transfer. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of a session will incur the full fee, as will failure to attend. If the session cannot be replaced, more than one session cancellation in a month will incur half of the cost, i.e. 50% of the fee.
