I am a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have experience of working with a broad range of issues and with people from all walks of life. I offer both online and in person sessions at my practice in Pimlico. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out, I am more than happy to discuss. I understand that for some, starting therapy  can be difficult and in some cases even a little scary, but you are not alone and I am here to help. I offer an initial free 15 minute telephone conversation where we can talk about what you hope to achieve from therapy and whether we might work well together.

My primary aim is to build a relationship with you, and accompany you on a journey of self-discovery, growth and change. I offer a warm, confidential, honest and safe space, that is free from judgement. This space is one that allows and encourages exploration of your thoughts, feelings, emotions and any issues that may be causing you concern, without any fear of being judged.
