AUTHENTIC HUMAN COUNSELLING
About the Therapist
I am a Neurodivergent, Queer, and Polyamorous Human.
In my practice, I support people in their desire for insight and personal development. However, I am not a silent and blank screen, and I provide challenges to your thinking style to help you think more clearly and live your life aligned with your values. I am easy to speak with and laugh with and I look forward to working with you.
I am interested in Depression, Anxiety, BDD, and OCD through a Neurodiverse Lens. In addition, Non-Traditional Relationships (CNM, ENM, Polyamory).

I believe a welcoming, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment is the key to emotional healing and personal growth. Working together, we will make sense of whatever has become a problem for you in the 'here and now' or enduring issues with their roots in the past. My hope is you will not only gain clarity and insight but know you have been understood in the context of your history, gender, sexuality, and culture. I believe often when we are faced with fears linked to uncertainty, uncontrollability, and unpredictability or feeling hopeless about the future, counselling can support us in making a lasting change.
I have experience with supporting people with anxiety, depression, and low mood.
After our initial contact by video, phone, or email to further discuss your requirements and to get a sense of how we might work together. Clients usually attend regular weekly fifty-minute sessions, arrangements can be either short or long-term, and there will be progress reviews with either option.
