I am a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist, who offers an accepting, open and informed approach that makes the counselling experience effective as well as safe. My continuous journey of growth and exploration of my own spirituality has had me recognise the universal experiences of spirituality. Being a keen yoga practitioner, I discover many parallels between the concepts and effects of yoga and psychotherapy, which I bring with compassion to my therapeutic practice.

Experience and approach:

I am adept in working with issues of diversity and cultural integration and have co-written a research study on identity that was presented at the 2023 International BACP Research Conference. I bring my knowledge and experience in my approach with younger persons who explore their place in the world and look to address and cultivate self-esteem. My work as a counsellor is additionally informed by my previous career within the fashion sector, which so frequently focuses on celebrating individualism. I embrace the unique nature of human experience in all its manifestations (biological, emotional, psychological, social).
