As an integrative counsellor, I blend elements from different therapeutic models to create a personalized approach for each individual. I integrate elements from the Person-Centred Approach, Psychodynamic and CBT. What's key is the individual and their needs, and a strong therapeutic relationship to effect good therapy. I do bring in CBT concepts when relevant, although don't believe in the setting of 'homework' or extensive form-filling. My practice is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a genuine respect for each person's journey. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other life stresses, I am here to provide the support and guidance you need to achieve greater well-being. For some clients it may even be the one hour of their week to feel genuinely listened to.
