I have both lived and professional experience of GSRD and it's something I feel very passionately about. I aim to provide inclusive therapy and take great care to hear you.

Throughout our counselling appointments, I will listen with enhanced care and supply you with an abundance of unconditional specialised support. I have many years of experience and training that has honed my skills to be a safe and highly beneficial therapist.

Outdoor Outdoor therapy is a highly intuitive and effective way to use the environment to gain new perspectives. It can be really useful for processing difficult emotions. We can walk and talk, sit on a bench, or be creative in the outside space.
