I will help you gain insight into your thoughts and feelings and together we can look at new ways of approaching those difficulties.

As your therapist I aim to help you change the aspects of your life that are preventing you from living in a more fulfilling way. My aim is to help you find the way to exist that is truly right for you. Together we can try and establish the themes in your life that may be influencing the way you relate to yourself or your partner.

Relationship therapy

Relationships form an integral part of our lives, most of us want to be in intimate, supportive and satisfying relationships. I am a sex positive therapist who works with LGBTQIA+ in monogamous, polyamorous and open relationships. I support those experiencing relationship and psychosexual difficulties, which stem from longstanding past problems, trauma or more recent changes.
