Sharing Space Counselling
About the Therapist
My name is Efi and I’m the therapist behind Sharing Space Counselling. I picked that name for a reason. Above all else, I believe that counselling is a space to share without having to worry about the impact of your words. It is a space where your concerns are never too big or too small to be heard.Â
Whilst I support clients of all kinds, I am particularly dedicated to providing therapy that is queer, neurodivergent and sex positive. As well as being both queer and neurodivergent myself, I have a masters degree in Gender Theory and 4 years of experience working with neurodivergent children. As a result, I provide a space where neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients can share the nuance of their experience without feeling like they have to spend their time educating.
That being said, I am also aware that everyone's experience of their gender and sexuality is different. As someone who identifies as demisexual and intersex, I know how it feels to use labels that cover a huge, complex range of human experience. So I will always give you the space to share your interpretation of your identity.

I provide an inclusive, sex positive, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ positive space where you can share your thoughts, free of judgement. A place where you feel heard and where no emotion is too big or too small to discuss. Beyond that, what I provide depends on what you need. Every person, day and conversation is different, so my approach is fluid.
More specifically, this approach is known as 'pluralistic' or 'integrative', which means that I am trained in a variety of techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy (developing tools to adapt your thinking), humanistic therapy (building your self-understanding) and psychodynamic therapy (exploring the impact of your past). I use this varied toolkit to offer you whatever you need in the moment.
We will work together to discover what growth means for you.
