About the Therapist
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons, be it loss, separation, addiction, childhood neglect, abusive relationships, struggles with finding the right partner, identity, loneliness, anxiety, depression and others. It can be daunting to know where to start in finding a therapist. I believe one of the most important things is how you feel when you're with them. Developing a secure base together to which to explore from is an important starting point. It can help to have a couple of sessions to begin with to see how you feel.
I am part of the queer community and have clinical experience working with gender, sexuality and relationship diversity.

Throughout our lives, we may encounter many of the same challenges, finding ourselves repeating responses to them, patterns of behaviour that we seem unable to change. Using an attachment-based approach to psychotherapy we would work together, through our relationship, in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental setting, to look deeper into these responses and how the past so often links to the present.

£90 per session I offer a free 30-minute zoom session. If we're both happy to start therapy I recommend starting with three sessions to see how you feel.
