There are many different types of therapy available and as an integrative therapist I am able to use a wide range of therapies to suit your individual needs.
I am trained in Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic and Psychoanalysis. CBT, CBT-i for Insomnia, DBT, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. I can also use creative techniques such as visualisation and narrative therapy.
I use mindfulness, polyvagal theory, breathing and grounding techniques to help with anxiety, depression and dissociation.

Neuroscience can help us explain our feelings and behaviours and how therapy can help promote change. I have also  done training in cognitive stimulation therapy and cognitive rehabilitation and can help with memory and attention issues.
