About the Therapist
My Approach
The counselling experience is unique to each person, shaped by our relationship and connection. My role is to meet you exactly where you are, attune to your needs, and hold space for deep listening, reflection, and growth. With an integrative and holistic approach, I weave together different therapeutic perspectives, honouring your ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.
This work isn’t always easy, but it can be profoundly meaningful. It is a path back to yourself, where you can recognise, trust, and value what has always been within you. I am here to walk alongside you as you reclaim your inner wisdom and step into your wholeness.

Why Choose Counselling?
People seek counselling for many reasons, whether navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity, relationships, or life transitions. As a queer, neurodivergent, and Black therapist, I understand how powerful it can be to find a space where all parts of you are welcomed. Some arrive with a desire for self-discovery, looking to remove barriers to growth, self-acceptance, and the fullest expression of who they are. Therapy offers a space to:
-
- Deepen self-awareness and understanding of your inner world
-
- Explore the unconscious patterns and beliefs shaping your experiences
-
- Cultivate a more authentic, compassionate relationship with yourself and others
-
- Unravel past wounds and integrate them into your journey of healing and growth
-
- Express and process emotions in a safe, sacred space to foster transformation
A Safe and Affirming Space
Whatever brings you here, I offer a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental space where you will be deeply seen and heard. As a therapist affirming of queer, neurodivergent, and culturally diverse experiences, I honour the uniqueness of your journey. Together, we can explore your feelings, gain new perspectives, and uncover the changes you wish to invite into your life.
Counselling is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, to deepen self-awareness, heal old wounds, and embody the truth of who you are.
