About the Therapist
As a certified hypnotherapist, I use hypnosis along with a range of psychotherapeutic approaches to help my clients feel more positive and ultimately bring about positive changes in their lives. I have over 20 years experience working in international business across Education and Healthcare industries and I am very passionate about helping people work towards understanding and living their true self and achieving a happier authentic life. As a member of the LGBT community, I have first-hand experience of the challenges and obstacles that LGBT people experience on a day-to-day basis. Â I am passionate about supporting people through their journey of self-acceptance, in discovering and embracing their true authentic selves and gaining greater self-esteem and self-confidence along the way. I also enjoy working with clients who are looking to expand their professional horizons, achieve greater professional goals or simply working towards a happier and more fulfilling career and work-life.

Many clients choose to work with me because they are not quite sure why they are experiencing challenges in their lives. Â They may feel that they are lacking in confidence to make important decision, to come out to friends and family or simply to achieve greater happiness and satisfaction in themselves and in their relationships. Hypnotherapy can be very useful to help clients think outside of the box, to achieve a greater sense of relaxation and calmness in their lives but also as a tool to explore and understand the unconscious mind. Â Very often when clients are not quite sure why they are thinking or feeling a certain why, the answers can lie deep within their subconscious mind. Combining hypnosis with other talking therapy techniques like Psychoanalysis, Gestalt therapy or CBT, can help uncover some of the unknown reasons or triggers that impact on your well-being. We can also work together to change unconscious and unhelpful thinking patterns so that you can act, feel and think in a more positive way.
