Experience and approach:

I am an integrative counsellor which means I use lots of approaches and theories to support you through your journey. It's not about one size fits all approach for me.  We are all different and unique and shouldn't therapy reflect that?

Online counselling?

​When the pandemic hit the world in 2020, counsellors were thrown online with no online experience or training. They had to learn 'on the job'.  And that was me too!

But I have  studied  advanced online training in which covered not just video calls, but phone and email also. This range of experience enables me to give you a dedicated online service where we can meet in the way that works for you.
