- People who have survived unhealthy and abusive relationships including narcissistic abuse, sexual trauma and domestic violence.
I also work with:
- Neurodivergent people especially late diagnosed Autistic and ADHD women

I have my own lived experience of many of the above categories and I work from a place of empathy and curiosity. Together, we can help you understand your experiences, move on from past hurts, gain confidence and help you like yourself more.
Where I work
I offer online sessions to anyone in the UK on Thursdays, Fridays and fortnightly on Sunday evenings.
I offer in-person sessions as an actively LGBTQ+ affirming Methodist church-owned community Centre called Town Green Centre, in Wymondham, Norfolk. I have personally spoken to the vicar and confirmed his and the churches stance on LGBTQ+ rights, which is why I am comfortable using this service. Please note, I am not religious and I do not offer a religion-based counselling service. I operate from the community centre because it provides a ground floor room with a private entrance and a portable wheelchair ramp for accessibility. It is an 8 minute walk from the local bus stop.

A warm welcome to you
If loss, anxiety, relationship trauma or struggles with neurodivergence have led you to be looking on this site for help, then I want to start by offering my compassion and affirmation. You've taken the first step.
Figuring out which counsellor is right for you, when you're in a low or vulnerable space, can be very difficult. I hope you feel reassured and grounded by what you read here. Please do stay and have a good look around. I hope my website conveys the warm, friendly way I work. I am always led by you and your needs - and as a relationally trained counsellor, I always hold your relationships – both with self and others – at the core of my person-centred working style. I work in a warm, supportive style with a focus on the 'working relationship' between you and me. I am quite informal in how I speak, and I don't mind if you swear or use slang.
A safe space to talk about your relationships with others
You might be pulled towards counselling by a need to talk about an important relationship, and what impact its had on you. Together, we can explore your connections and how you feel about them, helping you make changes where needed.
You won't be 'too much' for me – I know that emotional healing can take time and once we're working together, I'll be in your corner with you, for as long as it takes.
As we explore your relationships and attachments, you'll relate to yourself differently, too
I can help you learn to listen to your inner self and value your own wisdom. This might be difficult, or even scary - especially if you are anxious, neurodivergent, or traumatised. It's a whole new skill – but it can be learned. The whole point of counselling is to understand yourself better, and feel stronger and calmer once you've processed things. I'm here to listen with empathy, provide a safe private space, and bear witness to your growth - whether it's for a targeted piece of work over a set number of sessions, or whether you'd prefer to work in a more 'open-ended' way. Whatever feels right for you.
My integrative philosophy prioritises a sense of wholeness, which can benefit you if you feel something is missing, or if you feel 'in pieces'. Integrative counselling means I have learned ways of working from lots of different approaches and have incorporated them into my own unique way of working, so I can tailor your counselling based on what you need.

I have two concession slots at £25 a session, however these are currently full and I will update this listing when a low-fee slot next becomes available.
