I trust in my clients’ own wisdom, and endeavour to collaborate with them to explore what feels healing. That might include reflecting on family and personal values, consideration of past events and how they impact the present moment and exploration of personal resources and/or healing practices.

I studied counselling at Tyne Metropolitan College up to Level 5 and am a registered member of the British Assocation of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have worked as a counsellor for organisations including academy trusts and charities specialising in support for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ people, as well as running my own private practice. I am listed on Pink Therapy and Counselling Directory.
I specialise in honouring, navigating, and supporting the experiences of people marginalised across the intersections of race, ethnicity, sexuality and gender. I work with adults and young people ages 16+ supporting a exploration of issues relating to… ableism, abuse, ADHD, anxiety, Autism, beliefs and spirituality, culture, discrimination, education, family, gender identity, grief, homophobia, racism, relationship diversity, sexual identity, transphobia and work.
I charge £60 per 1hr session, with a concessionary rate of £50 for people who are unwaged or on a low income.Â
I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation.Â
