About the Therapist
I have over 30 years of experience across voluntary, statutory, and commercial sectors, including work with those living with and affected by HIV and Aids. My practice is rooted in psychosynthesis, an integrative, holistic model that honours mind, body, and soul. It allows me to work dynamically with what’s current, historical, and emerging in your life.
I am queer-affirming, trans-affirming, and trained in GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity), committed to continuously evolving through queer and intersectional therapeutic perspective.

My work is soulful. By that, I mean honouring the rich complexity of who you are, your history, your experience, your becoming. Soul is shaped by our lived experience, our culture, our longing, and our resistance. I explore the connection between mind, body, and feelings in a holistic way to support deeper self-awareness, more authentic relationships, and a greater sense of wholeness, both personally and collectively.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that every person is unique, and that uniqueness deserves to be seen and celebrated. Yet, there are times when we may feel disconnected from ourselves, each other, or the shared purpose that brings us together.
I believe therapy isn’t about fixing, it’s about witnessing, evolving, and creating new possibilities. I work with BACP's ethical framework, ensuring a confidential, grounded, and respectful space.
