About the Therapist
Offering an open, curious and confidential space, I tailor my approach based on each individual’s challenges and emerging needs – regularly checking in so that our work is heading in the right direction. This helps enable you to articulate your deepest sense of self, revealing the choices that can bring this state of being into the world.

Counselling allows you to explore whatever is on your mind. My practice covers mental health (such as depression, shame and anxiety), sex, sexuality and relationships, identity, addiction, loss, change and transition, and more. In the messy reality of life, these issues usually overlap.
There are many ways people end up seeking help, from addressing a particular event or behaviour to a more general sense that things are not right. As a transpersonal therapist, I consider what inner voice might be needing to be heard through this breaking down of old ways of being. Â Â
I believe change requires a holistic approach. Our thoughts, emotions and experience of our body all provide clues to what is happening to us in the present. Alongside this, I hold that each of us has a spiritual dimension, a unique sense of life force, purpose and calling. Taken together, these help guide your journey.Â
Before working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation, either by phone or online. Here we can meet, I can find out a little about what has brought you to seek help and you can ask any questions you may have about the process should we decide to proceed.
