About the Therapist
Choose from online Zoom calls, telephone sessions, in-person counselling rooms near to you, or outdoor settings that.
I have rooms in Newquay, St Austell, Perranporth and Truro.
Your counselling, your way. Which ever makes you the most comfortable.
I want to provide a welcoming and open atmosphere, using person-centered principles. I am also a Trauma informed Practitioner. Always learning new interventions and practices. Together, we navigate challenges, self-discovery, growth, and your well-being through genuine connection and dialogue. I also use art with clients who find it difficult to find the right words to express themselves.

My approach to counselling is grounded in the belief that each person's story is entirely their own, shaped by their experiences and emotions. I don't just view you through the lens of diagnoses or labels; I see you as a unique individual deserving of respect and understanding.
Having studied a Diploma in Therapuetic Counselling (CPCAB) in Newquay, I've honed my skills in a person-centred approach that respects your pace and perspective.
As a proud member of the BACP and APCCA, I ensure that our sessions adhere to the highest ethical standards.
I continue to Volunteer with the Intercom Trust LGBTQ+ Charity in the Sounthwest UK. Intercom Trust were kind enough to trust me to complete my compulsory training hours whilst volunteering with them from 2022.
My personal journey includes a creative side nurtured through studying a National Diploma in Fine Art and a BA in photography at University College Falmouth. Becoming a creative counsellor is a dream job for me helping people and still using my creativity. I am currently the Certificate in Therapeutic use of Person Centred Creative Arts
An intensive experiential online course to develop skills I can use professionally with clients in a variety of roles and settings. This artistic background enriches my approach, providing you with a safe space to explore even beyond words.
Whether we're engaging in traditional talk therapy or venturing into creative expression, my mission is the same: to empower you to embrace your authenticity, navigate challenges, and discover your inner strength.
