About the therapist:

I am based in Hackney but currently an only seeing clients online. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling. I abide by the BACP code of ethics. I have a background in art, nightlife and the creative industries.

I have a conversational approach that contrasts with the stereotype of a detached, "neutral" clinician. By responding in the moment to what is happening between us and offering thoughtful self-disclosure, I aim to foster insights, diminish shame, and enhance the intimacy that is a hugely important part of therapeutic work.

Our work together will be a unique journey, guided by my experience as a transpersonal and integrative counsellor. I draw from a rich variety of techniques and approaches, tailoring them to your needs and what resonates most with you. We’ll do what feels right in the moment to guide you toward healing, clarity, and growth. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner resources, discover new ways of thinking and being, and empower you to move forward with a sense of purpose and balance.

The first session, a reduced fee session, is an opportunity for us to meet and get to know each other, and for us to discuss what brings you to counselling. I will send you a questionnaire in advance of this to get a brief history so that we can get to work right away. It will also be a space for you to ask any questions you may have about me or the counselling process. I am based in East London but currently only taking online clients.
