About the Therapist
As a Lesbian, neurodivergent therapist, I know how important it is to have a space where you feel truly seen and understood. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, affirming approach, where you can explore your identity, relationships, mental health, or any challenges you’re facing—without fear of being misunderstood.
I specialise in working with anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and identity exploration, supporting clients in untangling their thoughts and finding ways to move forward that feel right for them. My approach is laid-back, collaborative, and flexible—whether you need structure and clear goals or just a space to talk things through, I meet you where you are.
I work online, so you can access support from where feels most comfortable for you, as long as the space is confidential. If you’re considering therapy but aren’t sure where to start, I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can chat and see if we’re the right fit.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, supporting them through anxiety, self-doubt, identity exploration, and major life changes. I have also worked with abuse survivors.
My background includes working in both charity settings and higher education, giving me insight into the unique challenges young adults and marginalised communities often face.
My approach is person-centred, flexible, and client-led, meaning therapy is shaped around you—not a rigid framework. I believe that feeling truly heard and understood is the foundation for growth, so sessions are a space where you can explore, reflect, and process whatever feels important without pressure or judgment.
I approach sessions in a way that is relaxed, conversational, and non-clinical—therapy with me won’t feel like a formal process where you’re being analysed. Instead, it’s a space where you can talk openly, explore your thoughts, and figure things out at your own pace. There are no rules or expectations about what you should bring; whatever’s on your mind is welcome.

I believe therapy should be accessible, and I understand that cost can sometimes be a barrier. My standard fee is £60 per 60-minute session, but I offer a limited number of concessionary slots for those who may not otherwise be able to access support.
If finances are a concern, please reach out—we can discuss what feels affordable for you.
I also offer a free 20-minute consultation, with no pressure or commitment, to help you decide if we’re the right fit.
All sessions take place online, so you can access support from wherever feels most comfortable for you.
